Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Piotrowski is the former CTO at LiquidPoint, LLC and Dash Financial Technologies. He has designed, developed, and managed a variety of options trading systems over the course of his career.
Mr. Piotrowski started his career building balance sheet risk systems for top tier financial institutions. He continued his career building market leading sell side options trading platforms for the US markets.
Mr. Piotrowski led the design and architecture of market data processing, order routing algos, front end and back end systems. Mr Piotrowski possesses a deep understating of both technology as well as capital markets.

Mr. Naylor is the past CTO at LiquidPoint, LLC and VP at CBOE. He has designed, developed, and managed a variety of options trading systems since 1996. Mr. Naylor started his career building options market making systems for ASX members in Sydney. He continued his career building market leading sell side options trading platforms for the US markets. Mr. Naylor led the design and architecture of market data processing, order routing algos, front end and back end systems. At CBOE he contributed to the design of their next generation matching engine, Vector.
Mr. Naylor is the founder of OpCode Systems, LLC, a technology company that specializes in flexible low latency trading and analytics platforms.

Mr. Zircher views his role as assisting clients to build shareholder value through long term strategic advice and investment banking activities.
Mr. Zircher previously was a senior investment banker with Merrill Lynch, Mesirow Financial, and Fox Pitt Kelton (sold to an international investment bank, Macquarie Capital. Mr. Zircher has been responsible for many transactions and strategic efforts for a variety of private and public companies including several cross-border transactions. His particular focus with financial and business service firms has included numerous mergers and acquisitions, leverage buyouts, private and public financings as well as strategic advice for executives, Board of Directors, Hedge Funds and Private Equity firms.
Amir Homayoun Rafizadeh
Amir is known as the Network Sommelier. Just like a great wine sommelier who pairs up great food and wine, Amir buildsstrategic customer networks by pairing the right customers to the companies that aim to acquire them. Amir started his career in a Persian family office out in London and was very successful in building a significant number of relationships with multiple family offices. He has spent his entire career growing sales for his customers operating companies. During his tenure at Glaxo Wellcome (nowGlaxoSmithKline), he managed a team of 60 sales professionals representing $80M in sales and after 4 years, grew the sales to $320M.
He has built a private network of over 140 family offices across the US. His Chicago family office consulting practice (678Partners) provides advisory services on sales growth, sales strategies, customer acquisition strategies. He consults private companies on how to build network of prospects, centers of influence and accumulate strategic partners. He selectively advises a few startups on go-to-market strategies. His customers typically include CEO’s, seniorC-suite Sales Directors inside Family Office owned companies, who are super focused on growth and scaling strategies. He currently advises 2 private family offices.
